What can it include?
A receptionist to answer your
telephone in your company or personal name.
A business address
for your incoming and outgoing mail, a fax number to
receive your business faxes.
A receptionist to greet
your clients.
Access to conference and meeting
rooms, and various office services including
secretarial, administrative, clerical and bookkeeping
services, all at the same low rates as our in-house
office tenants.
Use our address and PO box number as
if they were yours. We collect mail from the post office
twice daily, hold it for your collection or forward
it on to you depending on your instructions.
We are open from 8.30am to 6.00pm weekdays for you to collect your mail or use our other services, e.g. facsimile, photocopying, typing and so on.
We will handle your outgoing mail for just the cost of postage. Express envelopes and a variety of special labels are available.
If you specifically instruct us, we will open your mail and fax on to you anything that appears to be urgent. (Administrative charges apply).
For that professional touch, your company or personal name can be listed in the foyer of level 5 or on the ground floor directory board for $95.00 plus GST. (Subject to availability of space).

$50.00 per month minimum of 6 months payable in advance or;
$65.00 per month for 3 months
$80.00 per month for 1 or 2 months
Your own dedicated telephone line on our switchboard, all calls answered in your personal or company name. Messages are recorded in a duplicate message book, which is kept for you as a fallback record in case you have lost the original. You may telephone us for your messages or they can be relayed on to you in accordance with your instructions, by phone, fax or email. (Extra charges apply).
You pay direct to Telstra for line, installation and call charges and are entitled to entries in the White and Yellow Pages. We charge absolutely no loading or handling fees.
Operating hours 8.30am to 6.00pm weekdays.
When you are ready to move into one of our serviced offices you keep the same telephone number, (a big convenience and cost saving!)

You may utilise all of our secretarial services at in-house tenant rates, billed monthly on your account.
Choose your own 4-digit pin number for access to our photocopiers.
Use one of our offices or the conference room on an occasional basis.
